SPECIFIIONS:

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

1.After heat treatment, the hardness of valve pole is 30-40 HRC.

2.When the top of the valve pole is quenched, the hardness is above 50 HRC.

3. The neck and disk of the valve are shot blasted

1) Material: SUH-3(4Cr10Mo), SUH-35(21-4N) and Nickel 751, etc.;

2) Inatake engine valve is magnetic and exhaust is non-magnetic;

3) Surface treatment: chromed+polished or nitrided+polished;

4) Different stem diameter: 1-24mm;

5) Engine Valve specifiion: Hd(12-90mm), Sd(3.0-18mm), Ol(40-350mm);
